1. Return & Refund Period

  • You may request a return or refund within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Requests beyond 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Product Condition

  • Products must be unmodified, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Products that are damaged or missing accessories will not be eligible for a full refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made thermal modules
  • Products with physical damage or signs of use
  • Items out of the 30-day return window

4. Return Shipping

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
